During her consulting career she has worked with companies on their strategy, devised or revised processes, managed and advised on expatriate compensation issues, conducted benchmarking surveys and taught on her subject, for both clients and academic courses.
Having been both a client and a service provider, Helen has the key ability to recognise issues from both sides and thereby work to ensure there is no gap between perception and reality in the delivery of advice and services.
Helen has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD
During her career with Arthur Andersen Helen worked with a variety of clients including: Balfour Beatty, British Telecom, Herbert Smith, Pearson, Perot Systems, Rolls-Royce and Tesco.
Since acting as an independent consultant Helen has worked with other organisations, including: Baker Hughes International, Cadbury Schweppes, Diageo, Goldman Sachs, Hitachi, ING, Jaguar Land Rover, Lindt & Sprüngli, Schroders, Seadrill, SEB, Serco and Standard Chartered Bank.
